A Little Bit About Honey

 

Honey, though thought of as just a sweetener, is an incredible superfood. Refined, pasteurized honey is the equivalent of a simple sugar, but raw honey is packed full of nutrients, enzymes, antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, amino acids, carbohydrates, electrolytes, and phytonutrients. With a list that long, honey weighs in as one of the best things we could possibly put in our bodies. If you’ve never tasted honey, the flavor is pretty outstanding as well!
